I AM...

Awhile back Gerkin had posted some I AM poems. I thought that they were great. I wanted to do them with my kiddos. I just recently found them. I did not correct any of their writing.

I Am Poem by Tracker

I am funny and crazy
I wonder what is in cardboard
I hear swords clinging
I see dozens of giraffes that can grow 10,000 ft tall
I want a Guitar Hero for my DS
I am funny and crazy
I pretend to be a Power Ranger
I feel ghost going pass
I tough a very, very long sword
I worry trees start to walk
I cry at sad stories
I am funny and crazy
I understand snakes
I say dragons are real
I dream about Eragon
I try to sneak outside and play
I hope I can be a builder
I am funny and crazy

I Am Poem by Dragon

I am good at drawing and painting.
I wonder if dragons flew and walked on the Earth
I hear rain drumming gently in the background
I see a dragon flying in the sky
I want to be the best cook in SC
I am good at drawing and paintin
I pretend to be a Power Ranger
I feel the soft fur of a dag
I touch a dragon's rough scales
I worry that I will get lost in the woods
I cry when I get yelled at
I am good at drawing and painting
I understand that the sun is a star
I say that no cook is bad
I dream nothing
I try to do good in school and art
I hope to write a cookbook
I am good at drawing and painting

I Am Poem by Squirrel

I am cute and nice
I wonder how moms can read our minds
I hear a snowflake talking
I see a castle
I want a Barbie car
I am cute and nice
I pretend I am on a stage outside
I feel a unicorn's horn
I worry about dry skin
I cry when people eat squirrels
I am cute and nice
I understand people
I say God is real
I dream about playing outside
I try riding a two wheeler
I am cute and nice

I think that the kids did a great job! I think that I am going to get the to redo them. I would love to see if their thoughts have changed after a few months.

These are wonderful! What a great way to remember who they were at each age too. :)
