Learning should be a joy and full of excitement. It is life's greatest adventure; it is an illustrated excursion into the minds of the noble and the learned.
You are NOT the only one! Except for me I would be glad if it were contained to the kitchen table. My kids tend to leave a path of destruction throughout the entire house, garage, yard...On one hand what a mess, on the other hand, I have all the evidence I need that learning is happening!LOL!
LOL! You're not the only one.Mine is worse in that I also have some of MY stuff stacked on the table...bills, newspapers -- it drives my husband crazy. It always gets cleaned off in time for dinner, though. =)
I have to tell you, it's not my kitchen table, but my desk..... always a pile of something on there to sort through.
I didn't mention my desk. LOL. That is a danger zone. I always tell hubby to sit at his own risk. :-)
Oh yes, indeed. That's our table too. Plus a bunch of crumbs on the seats and under the papers and on the floor. Last week, we were having peanut butter crackers while doing phonics and now a few pages of my 7yo's book have a little peanut butter grease on the edges, too. It looks great, I think.
Ha! My entire LIFE looks like that!
